MGSV:TTP Modded EBOOT.BIN Cheats Description:
Modded the EBOOT.BIN file for BLUS & BLES Version and even created a pkg file for easy install with all the codes enabled listed below. I also added 2 new eboots and pkgs with Movement Speed Hack x1.50 and x2.00!!
Modded EBOOT.BIN's Cheats include:
Infinite AMMO (No Reload),
Infinite Suppressors,
Infinite Grenades,
Infinite Battery,
Max Camo,
Infinite Health,
Max Interrogatory,
Infinite AMMO (No Reload) for D-Walker,
Infinite Suppressor for D-Walker,
Invisible,
No Alerts,
No Restarts Used,
No Reflex Used,
Max Resource On Sell/Gain,
Max Hero Points,
Max MB Staff to lvl: 150
and now Movement Speed Hack x1.50 & x2.00!
Install Instructions:
*FOR EASY INSTALL*
COPY .PKG FILE TO USB AND INSTALL VIA XMB PACKAGE INSTALLER AFTER YOU UPDATE YOUR GAME TO THE LATEST UPDATE V1.11
*FOR MANUEL INSTALL*
COPY THE EBOOT.BIN FILE TO YOUR GAME DATA FOLDER AFTER YOU UPDATE YOUR GAME TO THE LATEST UPDATE V1.11
EXAMPLE:
"/dev_hdd0/game/BLES02102/USRDIR/" or
"/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31491/USRDIR/"

Unfortunately, i don't have the offsets for v1.0 to make an eboot with but you could install the newest update without going online, and if you dont like it you could always delete the game data and go back to v1.0, if you want the dl links for the newest update v1.11 let me know and ill pm you them.

Just letting everyone know i also have the MGSVTPP DLC Unlocker v7 and the MGO3 DLC expansion pack pkg file, if anyone is interested in it just pm me and ill give you links

amazing...the files and the pkg works really good ...but I find a problem...the Max MB Staff to lvl: 150 how this work?? because when I intalled the eboot and the pkg the infinite ammo ,invisible mod and max resources works...the max hero points works after doing a mission...but my MB staff are at the same level...they dont change...any suggestion? because I want my MB staff in a maximum lvl to unlock new items and its impossible to get it offline.... im doing something wrong or I need install all ebootS?

hmmm thats wierd... ur the first to say that mb staff doesnt raise for u... i think u might have to go on online mode if u can?? im not really sure why its not working for u, I got the offset code to edit mb staff levels from "Hunter926" on his post for his rtm tool for the game, if u wanna try his rtm tool to see if it works for u instead, here's his post link:

also are u on blus or bles?
