So, Just thought I'd help this section out since I have not seen any tools in awhile. Plus this has some unique features.

Last time I checked the skins do go into a DLC folder which means skins are warez if im not mistaken.
Yeah I'm not 100% on things like this work if i was to unlock it threw memory or the .edat
I remember Jarni used to post modded .edats for BO2 that would give you camo's early and that was ok. But yeah if you think it is then i'll just leave that be.

Yeah i seen some paid tool that had nothing good in it so i had to make a free one with some unique options. Checking my inbox now and I'll jump on Discord if you're on right now.
