I want to thank you for your work and for sharing it. I am not saying that you put a trojan or what ever inside exe or dll,
I was just worried about the fact that more than one antivirus reported the presence of something strange.
Now I understand that is the packer you use to encrypt/obfuscate the executables that some antiviruses don't like.
Are you using SmartAssembly? Probably using another one could solve the false positive problem.

You will be fine to update through the game, and I have not ran into any bans on Minecraft so i would not worry about that. But to be safe you should always use an account you don't care much about when modding.
