The beta will be available from 9/10 to 12/10 and all your progress in the demo will be carried to the final game.
Also, credits earnings in the demo are limited to 1MM. (1 Mill mileage or whatever the currency is.)

EDIT: shit, just checked again and its there, downloading it now!

Been on my system 15 hours and keeps say server under maintenance so got wait to play this thing when it ready to go....

Starts up but cant actually race yet with the Subaru it gives you once get going and that all does for now so got wait and see if is as good makes out, got Project Cars 2 on Pc and that good with all weather conditions...
