IMO, no.
Its servers are down a LOT of the time, meaning you are paying for something you can't use. And you WONT get these downtime days added to your subscription.
The saves database is a clusterfuck of information, and 95% of the saves you have no idea what they do as the information is essentially useless.
The staff are terrible, if you need help, they usually take ages to reply (though to be fair, when I told them that they were the amongst the worst customer service I had dealt with, they replied pretty quickly lol)
KG Resigner and Bruteforce are available for FREE, and Bruteforce has cheats, more so than Game Genie and Xploder (Ultimate doesn't have cheats, but professional does).
My advice to be honest would be stick with either of those.
But credit where credit is due, when Xploder is working, it does work and have never experienced a save that can't be resigned.

Actually its not bad. but if all you are doing is resigning then just go with the latest KG resigner.

It is if you will use it alot, but if you want it to edit one game save, it's not. I suggest you buying NextGenUpdate Elite. If you buy more than 3 months, you will get Xploder for free with it (the time of your Elite Subscription). So if you buy for $9.99 4 months, you get 4 months of Xploder too!
