I got my PS3 banned from the PSN, I bought a new Console ID and used ''PSN Patch 1.05'' to unban me but everytime I try to log myself in it says '' An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PSN. (8002A224)''!
Does anyone know how to fix it?

What firmware are you on?

If you're using DEX, use PS3ITA manager, as that fixes whatever the problem is when setting a new id.

im having the same problem on rogero 4.50 CEX just got a new cid and now this error =(

ahh. yeah i havent used rogero, i advise you go to rebug, and switch to dex if anything :p

lol i was on rebug but switched because i was told regero was safer. i dont know what to believe anymore! haha i have been away for too long and just wanna get back online to do a little hacking. nothing too major

Hey Guys,

I had the same problem but heres how to fix it for the mean time:

- Go into rebug and switch your PSID to :84
- Then your gonna want to download a pkg call PSITAmanager
- Download it, fire it up, and click "Start" Then go to Network Tools>Restore original console id
- Then your going to want to click "Set new console id" and type in your UN-BANNED console ID
- You should be able to then sign in!

You will have to do this everytime you turn off your ps3 or switch of PSID CEX :84, I will try to find an easier solution. But for now, this is what you will have to do.
