No, it won't. At least for ghosts it won't.

GTA 5 no problem, ghosts gives a black screen on 4.21 for some reason :s

I advise you follow that tutorial from 3.55, once you're on 3.55, install PS3ITA 4.50 DEX

So can i RTE all the Modern warfares, Black op's (Zombies), WaW, Ghosts n GTAV? N i was told you put that 3.55ofw on PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP then install via media storage and then put PS3ITA 4.50 overtop of it?

No, you don't need a spoof.

Also you need to be on rebug 3.55 D-REX, which you follow derrek trotters tut.

Alright, I'm now on 4.21 DEX (Followed tut), I decided not to touch GTAV/Ghosts, How can i go about going online on DEX i tryed a few ways with no luck cheers.

I'm on PS3ita 4.5 so may be different but to go online u need to download PS3ita manager .pkg, install, open manager then go- start-network settings-change CID (this will show your PS3 Console ID) start (message comes up "set original CID huh" or something like that) press ok.
quit manager, use PSninja to clear your history, sign in
