I called sony for a few hours and it checks out - I'm not banned. But, because I wiped my HDD clean I have to "sign up" and when I do, and try to sign in as an existing user, I get an error message that follows:

"The connection to the server timed out."

Doesn't make sense, does it? I've tried loads. Any help?

or otherwise install pkg PS3ITA. press start - Network tools - Reset Console ID - last digit replace for Any number then - save it - then go down restore to original ID - should say done - then exit out sign in - start up GTA V (((((
