(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought an e3 flasher and I installed it. But when I power on the ps3, no LEDs come on what so ever on the Cover Board not even the red power led. I've sanded it down and I'm pretty sure it is making contact with all the points on the board. I have it on the right way, I can't think of anything other than the flasher or the nor clip is faulty. I have a DYN-001 Mother board, I did sand a little down on the corner that the resistor touches. So that isn't a problem anymore. Does anyone have any ideas?

Make sure on the clip you put a pound coin and tape it over with duck tape for strong connection. If it still doesn't come on check your clip it may of torn.
