I was messing around and realized that when I unpacked the GTA IV PKG I got all the files in the update directory. I was wondering If I can somehow replace the update.rpf with a modded one and compile it It will install on bypass/kiosk 4.50? Same with games like mw2 and waw. Replacing patch_mp.ff and rebuilding it. I was also wondering if you can give me a link to a PKG Builder?
