I had the same problem, it was frustrating me alot! So rebug toolbox isn't converting your cid to eid5 cex idk why, you know the homebrew app PS3ITA? Download it and then when you open it on ur ps3 click start, go to network settings, and hit restore eid5 cex or something like that, then just quit it and now you can login

okay i did what you told me to do when i go to restore ied5 cex it says the Default console id is always set, am i doing it right or is there something wrong?

Yup your doing it right! Now exit it and try signing in, remember you have to do this everytime u turn on ur ps3.
