can i downgrade from 4.50 OFW to 4.50 CFW? with NO FSM ?
my ps3 lowest update is 3.56 and can anybody post the link of the downgrade with no fsm guide?

To give u a simple answer, unfortunately no.
The only way to downgrade a PS3 with OFW 3.55+ is with a flasher (e.g. E3 FLASHER)
Also, if you wish to downgrade to jailbreak your PS3, you require minimum 3.55 FW.
