Turn the PS3 on goes to screen that says I need to put 4.21 or greater on usb, I know that process.. format fat32, folder PS3, folder UPDATE Inside, then PS3UPDAT.PUP inside that folder, press start and select, it says checking but never finds the update or says it can't find it

So next step safe mode.. I entered safe mode clicked file system restore and I get error 8001002B, what can I do? Are then any options for me or is it junk?
