Hi guys!
I'm new here and was wondering if y'all could lend me some friendly advice. From what I understand, Xploder is popular in this community and is endorsed and sold here. Maybe a few of you are affiliated with them.
I bought their product for PS3 on Monday. As soon as I entered my product key I received a notification indicating that my key was in use on another machine and it prompted me to use one of my activations to activate my own PC. Kinda uncomfortable about that but whatever; it worked. Then I attempted to complete my registration and the connection hung/froze and then appeared to be completed. Although when I tried to login, my credentials were rejected.
I've since opened a ticket with them and after a few days of no response I emailed their customer service address expressing my issues and concerns. It's been a little over a day since that email and I've still heard nothing from them. At this point I'm kinda feeling like I threw my money into a black hole. I checked out their forums in hopes of finding an alternate solution or advise and have only really found a lot of unanswered threads from users who have had similar experiences. So I'm a little worried.
So my reason for posting here? I'm wondering, has anyone had similar experiences? Has anyone here even had to contact their support for any purpose? If so, how did you best reach them? As far as I can tell, to reset password information you must submit a ticket... Is there another way this can be done that I'm aware of that an experienced user might be able to describe to me?
I appreciate anyone who takes the time to help me with this. I gather this is a heavy Xploder friendly community. Please understand I'm not posting this to drag them through the mud. This site gets waay more traffic than their forums from what I gather and given the relationship between your userbase and their product, I thought it might be a viable (and admittedly, what I feel is a "last-ditch attempt") for assistance in being able to use a product I paid for.
Thanks all for your time!
