(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); There has to be a way to get install package files on a 4.50 ofw ps3. Anyone that helps receives a 50$ psn card.

Unless you downgrade, you don't really have any other options.
And don't follow those tutorials on YouTube, your PS3 will either get bricked or stuck on some Demo mode.

bro for $50 i can make the "install package file" show up on your OFW, only problem is you can't use it
