PS3 CFW Problems with Rebug 4.46 REX.

I'm now on Rebug 4.46 REX CEX, but i cant switch to DEX, DEX/CEX functions are not available.
And I will downgrade it to CFW 3.55 or with a 999 Downgrader, but it says data corrupted.

Can anyone help me pleas?

I figured it out use rogero 3.55 downgrader instead
