So please any good and fast shipping websites please

Ohhhh no mod chip central I ordered an E3 flasher from them it's been about 3 weeks and still no deliver and then they said the E3 flasher was out of stock and it would arrive today at there facility and it never arrived then they said by the end of the week , I think you should get one on amazon I should've done that , modchipcentral I'll rate them a -10 out of 10 and I've sent about 15 emails they take forever to reply

We'll I seen there twitter there getting the E3 flasher in stock tomorrow so maybe you should pre order it but I'll let you know if my order ships tomorrow caused it's been over 3 weeks
