Eboot you need for rtm and to use a mod menu so they are the same thing. if you are thinking about the mw2 mod menu its completely different, you can just put a mod menu into mw2 and it comes up every time, you cant do that anymore with the newer cods. Sorry if I was confusing couldnt put my thought into words. :derp:
