deleting homebrew will not un-jailbreak your PS3
If you wanna install it again, download the blackbox PKG.
Put the PKG in the root of a formatted FAT32 usb flash drive and plug into the ps3 usb slot
go to GAME\ Install Packages files
install the blackbox pkg and run it
