Can’t trickshot me!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My ps3 can only be downgraded to 4.10, but i was wondering isn't there a way to just downgrade at all. like changeing the hardware or soft ware. Maybe transforing files from a 3.55 system, a change of hdd to make it 500gb and adding the software to that. If it's a chip on the console then maybe replacing it?

Also how can a ofw checking be able to be activated and installed from usb but not cfws?

MinVerChk displays the firmware that was installed when it rolled out the factory. So, since yours was 4.10, you will not be able to jailbreak it at all. All you can do is look onto ODEs for your PS3

Thanks, looked through everything and you know what FUCK THAT. I think i am going to stick with an unmodded console and just pay for games, dlc, and movies.
Please tell me downgradable ps3s are easier to jailbreak and add cfw to.
Also maybe a slim ps3 preinstalled cobra chip, and 1 tb memory for games. Maybe trusted place to buy cfw ps3s. And last question best 1 tb drive for ps3, that isn't a ridiculous amazon price.

in all honesty no the downgradable systems are not easier to JB if updated past 3.55, it involves flashing the system by pulling the console apart adding a hardware flasher downgrading and reassembling, you are better off just buying a jailbroken system to stet with, and for storage you can also use an external HDD instead of buying a seagate HDD and installing, depends on what you intend to do, when i was patch transferring mw2 menus i left my console almost completely empty and ran all off external
