I resign saves quite often, however sometimes I'll come across a thread that says CFW game saves/ trophy hacks. I dont really understand the point of this. Does this mean the saves will only work on CFW? I get what Xploder is and everything, but whats the point of posting saves that only work on CFW? Cant you just hack trophies with CFW.

Most of the time with CFW hacks it's just a case of FTP'ing an edited file to your PS3, sometimes there's even the ability to make a lobby like World at War to distribute these trophies.

pretty simple cfw for a game save is mostly when the games save is copie protected thats all

You can easily deactivate the copy protection with KG's Save Resigner
