Just your account would be banned on Call of duty Ghost. Your console will not be effected as the mods didn't come from that console.

As others have said, only the account will be banned since you are not on a CFW System.

I personally do not have a jail broken console, but I have done recoveries and dupes many a time. This has resulted in me having 25% of my accounts being banned over time. Still never been console banned Smile
