(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So a couple of weeks ago my I turned on my ps3 and it stayed on a black screen I thought it was the Hdmi but it wasn't my controller doesn't sync either. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help me

Depends on the setup. Modding games can screw with the memory, so having a CFW could be a factor. I had a similar problem like that but it only came from installing a faulty update. You can try getting to the recovery menu?

Hold power button until the system turns off. Do not let the button go until it turns on then off.

Hold power button again until you hear it double beep. It will beep a total of four times.

You should be at the recovery menu.

If you can't install a clean firmware (whatever firmware you were on prior to it bricking) then you will probably need a flasher to get to the NOR (if it's a slim PS3) or NAND (if it's a fatty).
