how can i fix this i opend a support ticket at ( support.xploder.net ) 24 hours ago and no one answers me yet ..

and how can i avoid this in the future ..

did u go user settings then use same username u had before and same email and password cause has to be same details as before u formatted laptop activate code can only be used for one xploder account

its because you re formated it and the xploder only registers 1 pc, so by re-formating a pc its the same as buying a new one, and xploder doesnt like other people using the same product key
