it most likely means you were console, Psnid, and/or mac banned from psn but...

if you're talking about this error showing up on a cfw system it usually means you need to attach a CID be it your original or a bought one using for example: irisman or PS3ITA Manager and that will fix that right up or if you don't want to do that just change back from From single settings to dual settings and restart your system and you wont need to attach your CID use irismager or PS3itamanager until you want to use a tool

22a error means it's not a real console id which means that a letter / number has changed in the cid or generated the cid. Basically you can't use a non real cid.

I also have the same problem and none of the above Worked can you help me?
