there is a way however i'm not sure if pexploit actually activates the rap files as i haven't tested that part and i do't know if it will activate them or you have to put in a pre activated license wich means you would need cfw ps3 in the first place to activate them.

yes but what ur suggesting is for games with a c00 folder, which are the vast minority of psn games... games like fifa15 don't have that folder
