Anywyas i dont remember the email and password to the acc. But i know the location and maybe the dob. I watched a video where where the guy gave sony his serial number from the back of his ps3 and they helped him. Idk. Can anyone help me please?

There isn't really much you can do, you could try ringing sony like the tut you watched but i do not think it will get you any where.

If you have the serial number, know the date of when the account was created, the last purchase on the account and also remember the last password used. They will restore the account. Now. Your problem is you cant remember the password correct? If you remember everything else like i mentioned above, you should be fine.
