No way I am afraid but by reset do you mean get access to the account again?

If so then the only way is by entering the details you did when you made the account and reset the password or contact Sony.

Only 2 ways about it unless you have a CFW I believe there is a way to retrieve the account on there but I would need to find the information about it.

There is the info if you have CFW. If you don't then I don't think there is any other way apart from what I have already said.

nope only chance is to call sony they can help get it back in most cases just explain to them someone stole your account and have all your info ready they gonna ask for your serial # as well on ps3

You can prove to them it was you. I had my account hacked and I told them my previous email and such and they reset it for me.

Kilam's right. You can prove your account is yours. I have been scammed too (someone told me I have to give my login credentials to get mods, I was really young but I didn't tell them I gave away my password). To prove the account is yours, call Sony and tell them your old login credentials. That's all but just in case, try to remember the birth date you put on the account. If you cannot do any of those, an alternate solution is to tell Sony everything you have purchased/installed from the Playstation Store. If your account is successfully recovered, you will receive a special screen when you attempt to sign into PSN, asking you to insert new information (changing passwords and stuff like that) to keep your account safe.

Pretty much just prove the account is yours and it should be as easy as that.
