Try the following: Use different screwdrivers. First try slightly smaller or larger head sizes, then a flat head screwdriver, to see if you can get it to catch on some part of the stripped screw.

Ok I will try it I also heard of this thing called Screw grab if u know about that do u know if it will work?

Have you tried using a flat tip screw driver and try cranking it out... I've got some out that way... Look at this video for more help...
