still not working? if not try using the correct directories on your drive i'm not sure if your taking about themes or pictures for background if wallpapers for background you simply go to photos and hit triangle on your device and show all that will fix that and if themes it needs the correct install directory, if your device is not showing up you will need to format it again but with something different though it should show up from what you're saying.
