DO NOT tell me I'm just missing it, because I KNOW I am not, I've SLOWLY read out loud every country, and not once did I say United Kingdom (U.S is missing too), I've done this multiple times, and I am 100% SURE that it is not there. what do I do?

EDIT : I tried to make one on laptop, It has U.K, but the card number is not working, even though it is correct, has Sony banned my card from it or something?

If you can't find any countries. This means you have a lot of PSN Accounts on your CFW. Try to delete some accounts, and leave it at a range of 1-4 accounts. You should be able to make a new account with the correct countires.

I literally have no more than 1 account, that's not gonna work :/

It is still not letting me select U.K on the PS3, so I have to set up the account on the laptop, card will not work on PS3 or laptop (used it for a few previous accounts, that might be why) it will accept my PayPal if I do it on the laptop, not PS3.

then I have to make a new user and use an existing account (one I set up).

and I guess that's kind of a fix.
