My console has not been banned, just my account.
Would buying a new PSID work, I know you cannot buy/sell CIDS/PSID's here so I'm just asking if there is a way around it, and if so what steps would be necessary. Thank you.
FYI: I made a BO2 Mod Menu lobby then was banned an hour later

No. Once your account is banned you just have to make a new one.
