(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); For the first week or so it was 10.0.0.8, for the last two weeks it was 10.0.0.2, and now all the sudden it has changed to 10.0.0.10,

CCAPI on my computer connects fine but my RTM tools now say failed to connect, now that it changed to 10.0.0.10

Sounds like your router/modem is giving your PS3 a dynamic IP address which is why it's constantly changing.

How can I fix it? Weird how CCAPI connects to my PS3 but not my RTM tools.

Should be a setting in your router/modems settings page. You can access it by typing your main IP into your address bar. If you don't know it then open Command prompt and type in ipconfig /all and it'll be your default gateway.

Yeah I just decided to rebuild database and restart PC/Router and problem solved.
