What Good Are 100% Completed Game Save Files?

I see there save files all over the internet and many are 100% completed. So, what would be the point of downloading them? It seems like you can't unlock any trophys because they all are already unlocked. So how would one put them to good use?

Personally I downloaded a lot of 100% Save and after 5-10 minutes trophies starting showing... Loes
