You wont loose your jb ...but you will have to format the hddo to your console then it will ask for a firmware update ...do this via usb . Remember iff the console is a dex console you will have to use a dex ( drex iff its rebug ) PUP.

So i can Just put my 4.75.1 drex update in my USB and when it askes for a update i install it, right ?

first create a folder called ...PS3...then create a folder called...UPDATE...put the UPDATE folder into the PS3 folder .then put the PUP in the UPDATE folder...good to go
