the last day or so the psn servers have been playing up and alot of ppl are having problems getting on and when they do weird stuff is happening intermittantly ...iff this problem has only just started happening for you ....you might just have to wait it out like every1 else...

its saying 'Signed out of Playstation Network. Must be signed in to Playstation Network to play GTA online and access some features.
but I am already singned in I can se my frends list but can't play online

You might want to also check your NP ENVIROMENT setting in debug settings is on.. np...iff your on cfw also ...this sometimes changes after being dossed or for no reason at all ...
