"to something that didn't exist. So, I need help with properly unbanning my other ps3. I've seen few threads and I did everything they said but still couldnt get me unbanned. I know it's possible to unban I just need to know how! Please help!

Not sure how you managed to brick consoles by changing the cid...It couldn't be a hard brick..just reinstall your cfw..

Basically,
If it says "this console has been temporarily banned or suspended" then your console is banned and you need to set a new (valid) CID to the console.
If it says "this account has been temporarily banned or suspended" then your PSID(account) is banned and you will need to create a new account.

Sometimes you can have both types of bans.

Games can also have their own CID and PSID(account) banning system.. if you cannot play a certain game online, perhaps your CID or PSID(account) has been banned from playing that game's online servers...

Once you have a new valid CID and an unbanned account, you can use CCAPI to set your CID to the console temporarily or on boot, for as long as ccapi is installed. Or you can downgrade and use IDPset to permanently set your new CID.
