Have you checked that your TV is set too the PS3 Happy

Have you checked its not your HDMI Cable thats faulty?

It Wont Be Your Ac Power Because Thats What Gives Your PS3 Power If It Was that your PS3 wont switch on bro

Its either Your HDMI Not Plugged In correctly or your TV isnt set too the PS3

Have you knocked it?

Assuming the cables are not damaged and you know how to set a ps3 up to your tv:

Maybe you have glod (green light of death) from overheating..
If you can't even boot into recovery then there is physical damage..

You can try to change your hdd..

If it doesn't help, then I would say it has glod or early form of ylod..
You can try to change the thermal paste on CPU and GPU and hope for the best. If it doesn't help, your console will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced..

Is this a shop with a warranty that you brought it to? Because if they fixed it and you brought it home to play with no fan sound then they might have forgot to plug it in and made your ps3 worse..
Whether they did or not, if they did fix it, you couldn't expect it to last very long. Once a console hits ylod, its very difficult to get the console back to how it should be. You should have avoided having someone try to repair it and just got a new console imo..or just try the fix yourself.

in your case..
If the console doesn't turn on AT ALL (no lights or anything, no power), then maybe it's the power supply.
If the console turns on with only a green light, then it is suffering damages from overheating..

Good luck! Need any more help, just ask.
