Post: Can't solve IP ban. Tried 3 VPN W/ Connectify and cable w bridged connection.

The vpn you using, did you try connecting to different servers for example connect to France, Germany and other countries?

Are you using free VPN's? Because it sounds like every IP you're using is banned. So either you're getting an IP that was already banned by other modders using the same free VPN's, Or you're not using the VPN correctly. Have you made sure your IP is changing on your PC? If all is done correctly and you change your IP to one that is not banned then you're good to go
As for not being able to change your MAC, have you tried to logging into your router already and no luck or you just don't know how?

My ISP doesn't allow mac to be changed.

So you have tried logging into the router or you can not access it? You would not ask your ISP for this. Some routers don't allow you control, just trying to understand the issue you are having.
No matter that's just one way to fix it but back to the main subject are you using free VPN's?

Yea bro I had the same problem too. All I did was got a new router for free from my isp. It was too much too deal with I just got the new router. That will easily fix it and give u a new ip. If u can't get a new router for some reason, leave ur router off for the while night unplug modem and router and plug back on in the morning. Ur ip will change, if that doesn't work don't know other then what I told u man.

I can access my router and yes I am using free VPNs. I had HSS elite from a crack but now it's back to non elite.
