I don't think the 100% save would unlock finishing arcade mode and 7 controllers trophy, those are the ones that have to be triggered. Namely, once you finish level 40 it will unlock Do Robots have feelings? and I don't think starting at level 35 would actually get you anywhere else, trust me. Additionally, to obtain 100% you would need to earn Mad Skillz (Complete Arcade mode in a single run) which is the hardest trophy I guess - so if you can do this, you can do all other ones. By the logic, the only trophies you would get from 100% file could be cumulative ones such as Perseverance (die 500 times) or G.O.A.T (complete all challenge levels to platinum standard). You would still need to do one challenge by yourself, so the game updates the progress.
