I have search the internet and I came across a lot of sigma system saves that state they are 100%, but when I test them out they don't have all of the missions, costumes, and difficulty unlocked. I've seen Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 that has god mode and everything unlocked, but nothing for Sigma.
