HELLO ALL

I am trying to resign a modded save for
dragonball zenoverse my region is (blus31507)
i have tried this process to try to get my ps3 to take it, heres where i run into issues..
i have tried 4 total different saves
xiams game save which has the same region code as myself
and 3 other random ones, of which i dont care to mentions' source
(they were diff regions, kept throwing error on ps3)

so, since id figure id give the one with the correct region code a go.
I cant seem to get it to recognize on my ps3.
it will transfer and everything; from the usb to the game save library on my ps3;
after ive resigned it and all that jazz.. but once i LOAD THE GAME it says
"could not find dragon ball zenoverse save data. create new save data?"
as if i have no saves.
the only zenoverse file on my ps3s hard drive at any give time, is the install and patch file in another folder, and of course, the file at hand.
my question is, how do i do this correctly?
note: im on OFW.
i am using bruteforce save data & DBX save editor.
im also reletively noob worthy, so i may be missing a crutial step. or doing it wrong.

u can use brute force . maybe the way that u do is wrong . verify ur pfd . rebuild full profile with ur param.sfo from other game saves till u get everything ok . then decrypt then apply cheat n then encrypt . verify again . make sure everything is ok . cannot be fail .

I've also been trying really hard to get this gamesave and it's so frustrating. I've used all the programs ps3gamesave and bruteforce and all that and it still wont work please someone help with this
