It's easy..use PS3EMPM...it tells you exactly how to make pkgs..
If you are planning to use the codes I listed. Beaware that they are for save edits..not eboot

I mean can`t do it, because i can`t click on cheats buton, is not clickable.
Do you have any eboot codes, or tell me how to find them?

Cheats button?..on what program..you need to add cheats to repository before you can use them.
As far as asm codes, no I don't have any..you can go check out cmp website for that
