Checksum fixer only makes certain things possible...mod menu, god mode and infinite ammo is rare for just saves..you need edit eboot for that, but I don't play cod so I'm not sure.

I used mod menu to get Black ops 1 zombie trophies with OFW saves.Buy everything,revive partner with ballistic knife etc with second controller as a dummy.I think it is possible,it's same game every year after all.Thanks 4 reply.
