Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm looking for a US save, the game tells me the save is not for the same version when I use bruteforce and change the region to US. And none of the platinum saves have all weapons developed. I'm not looking to get the trophies, I'm looking to play around with the leveled up weapons. I appreciate the response!

Maybe member xenomage might be able to help you out, I have seen him helping a lot of people with specific requests.
A few weeks ago I have sent him a message and he responded very fast! He might have the answer to what you are looking for.

i got a 89% save with everything you need to beat the game...im not gonna waste my time spending 2 hrs on each gun to unlock..if you want it then you can put the time into it...other than that, i dont think youll find a save that you want...even if you do it may not be up to date....meaning when you update the save it wont be 100% due to the new guns they added
