It's unprotected, meaning there's no encryption...if you want to resign it just highlight save, right click and rebuild...if you want to edit the save then just double click on the data files...

Okay I think I should've been more clear :/. Idk how to do it but I'm using a program called Save Resigner so I can get this on my LBP2. After an error I'm advised to "bruteforce" the save and then copy 4 lines from the bottom. I'm just really confused because all I want to do is put the save onto my ps3 without it finding out it's from another ps3... I just lost all of my data so I've just been trying everything but I'm not that much of a techy guy so I just really need help..

If you mean kg save resigner, then that won't resign it..you need to use bruteforce..the save is unprotected so you can just move the data files into your personal save and it will work just fine..don't touch either param files on yours

I know but is there a method of making the save "not a copy"? In LBP2 it doesn't allow any saves that have been used by different accounts.. So I'm just curious if there's any way I can make this work.

I just told you..resign with bruteforce or move data files

Lbp2 is unprotected. To use another persons save all you need to do is to copy the "0" file from there save to your save and you are good to go. All trophies they have earned will autopop.

Thanks, your method worked but sadly I didn't get the trophies.. But atleast I get to enjoy the skins that I lost so I'm satisfied!
