If there is any starter save with infinite health (other things i don't care but the more the better) but with trophies enabled and hard difficulty that would be great.

But you could do the challenge exploit to have inf health in the game without a save. It would mean completing the game once beforehand, but still.

That's why i need it to complete the game cant be arsed to repeat the same sections over and over.
