I want to be able to summon (call, email even pick up if I have to) an NPC that will use a certain PED skin, option to change (either myself or through you) cost will be talked about, who will follow me around. I am not expecting sound or whatever from them basically walk,run and get in or out of a car. Combat abilities are an option I would consider depending on the price but that is not what I want.

If you can make this work without jailbreak I would pay more but I think that would be impossible so I have started researching how and came up with some good results but I might try and find a friend or local person who can do it for me. I forget a recommended place online to get one to save myself a little trouble but run the risk of getting my money stolen or something like that.

The sale would work like this: non-refundable down payment, pre-purchase payment upon video proof it works and the final payment after I receive the final product.

After delivery of the final product I would like a warranty ensuring the mod will work for a premium on a monthly basis. Warranty details can be negotiated to simply making it compatible with newest patch or what not.

If you think you are too busy doing regular stuff to take this on please reconsider if a later delivery date could mean a slight discount.

I can not emphasize this enough, I really do not like negotiating but I am not rich so come at me fair and square with a minimum price or anything else you need to know as well as suggestions on how you could improve this concept for an additional fee confirmed by me in advance with a written notice the amount will be spread between your pre-puchase payment and final payment. I am not rich but would be willing to pay a more then reasonable amount.

I do not have a pay pal and I hate pay pal I have tried and tried to set one up they will not take my money they ask me questions about 10 years ago that i told them are irrelivant but they cant change them only i can but they cant give me the password because I do not know the answers. I do interac e-transfers all you need an an email and online banking to accept, call your bank if you want, then you give me what I requested. If you do not know interac e-transfers are google them or ask your bank even. Might consider other payment forms but please do not make me and I am never talking to pay pal again so that out of the question.


No offence pay pal but you let me down time and time again, I am sure you are great for other people for something I gave you another chance and I got dejavous so I politely said goodbye and hung up the phone. I may be frustrated with you right now because you dissapointed me but maybe I will have to grow up and go through all your procedures again but you really are too hard for me to deal with.
