For PS3 or PS4? PS3 there's multiple modded saves around and PS4 you'll actually need someone to upload the modded characters for you on there PS3 so you can get them on PS4.

Actually for ps3 but I'm not avaliable to get to a computer right now so I was wondering if someone can do it for me
