skyrim is highly game save modable if you own a pc. think about the ps3 though is if your skyrim is updated the pc version will not let you use the save after decryping it with the skyrim decryper and encryption tool for ps3 , so if you have the original skyrim not the legendary edition you can delete the update, then make a new save then copy to the pc and use pc cheats to mod it, thats if you want trophies, if you are okay with it getting trophy not earned then you can simply make the save on the xbox i can't remember if you could use the pc save as i have not done this since 2013,
things you will need for method if want trophies to unlock.
1. Skyrim (the original version)
2. PC version of Skyrim (i had the Skidrow with all dlcs)
3. the save conversion tool for skyrim ps3 (hard to find when i last did it)
4. Delete the patch from ps3 and make a new save.
5. look up pc cheat codes and learn how to apply to save like a beast.
6. Enjoy
The next best option is to use PS3Xport to edit a backup of your ps3 and find a fov mod to install to the game, but you will need to look up how to install mods to skyrim on a cfw ps3 but try find the method that uses the update not the disc as you wanna do this with ofw.
The PS3Xport method is probably what you want but for this you will ether lose everything on console or need a large USB drive. ether way you will need a usb and pc to do it, but with PS3Xport method you don't need pc version of skyrim and it works on any version of the game.
